Welcome to our new resource page for updates to Philadelphia's political activity rules! We hope this will serve as a helpful information hub as we go through the process of updating Regulation 8. To kick things off, here is an brief overview of the changes to Philadelphia's Home Rule Charter Article 10 that became effective when the City Commissioners certified the primary election results on June 22, 2020.
